How to Make a Return

You can return the shoes you received within 14 days of purchasing them.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN:

Fill out the form below, being careful to indicate in the appropriate fields the order number for which you are requesting a return. Specify the name of the product and the reason for the return so that we can offer you a better service. You can find all the data that will be requested on the My Orders page

 

WHAT DO I DO AFTER COMPLETING THE FORM?

• Please wait for our confirmation of receipt of the form by email.
• Please package the shoe using the same original box we sent you.
• Be sure to include a copy of the return form you sent us and a copy of the order you are returning.
• Go to a post office or call a trusted courier and send the package to:

• Remember that the return shipping costs are at your expense so choose the type of shipping that best suits you.

REFUND POLICIES

As soon as we have received and checked the package, we will notify you by email and we will fully refund your order (excluding shipping costs) using the same payment method you used when placing the order.

Alternatively, you can send us an email with the return request to amministrazione@greenlifecalzature.it or call us at +39.0545.50483 from Monday to Friday during the following hours: 9.00 – 12.00 and 14.00 – 17.00, one of our operators will take care of explaining in detail each step for the return and refund of the product you purchased.
