SECURE PAYMENTS

Buying our footwear on the website www.greenlifecalzature.it is easy, fast, and secure! You can make a purchase by choosing from the following payment methods we offer to our customers:

PAYMENT WITH CREDIT CARD OR PAYPAL
In the case of payment by credit card, the financial information is transmitted via an encrypted protocol to Intesa Sanpaolo (Moneta Web virtual POS by Setefi), which provides the electronic remote payment services. Third parties cannot access this information in any way. Additionally, this information will never be used by Greenlife Calzature except for completing the purchase procedures.

In the case of payment via PayPal, the customer will need to provide the required information to the system without having to specify their credit card details.

PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER
In the case of payment by bank transfer, the customer must make the payment by including the order reference code received via email in the payment reference field.

In any case, the order will be prepared and shipped by Greenlife Calzature upon receipt of the payment.

Delivery times are calculated from the date the order is shipped. If the customer does not include the reference code in the payment details and fails to make the payment within 5 business days from the date of the order, Greenlife Calzature will cancel the order.

PAYMENT BY CASH ON DELIVERY
In the case of payment by cash on delivery, the customer must provide the exact amount corresponding to their order plus an additional €5.00 in cash to the courier (the courier is not authorized to give change). Otherwise, the goods will not be delivered.

Checks, vouchers, and any other forms of payment are not accepted. Please note that cash on delivery payments are not accepted outside of Italian territory.

Invoices are issued exclusively in electronic format and only upon the Customer’s request, who must provide their Tax Code or VAT number. If an invoice is not requested, only a receipt will be provided along with the merchandise.
