RETURN POLICY
ARTICLE 1 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to art. 52 of the Consumer Code, Users may exercise the right of withdrawal from the CGV for any reason, i.e. without the need to provide explanations in this regard.
To exercise this right, the User must send GREENLIFE CALZATURE S.R.L. a communication, containing his explicit decision to withdraw from the contract, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of actual receipt of the Product(s), or, in the case of a multiple purchase order, from the actual receipt of the last Product purchased. The above communication may be sent by post, fax or email to the following addresses:

It is understood that the deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal is considered to have been respected if the User has sent the relevant communication, using the methods indicated above, before the expiry of the 14 (fourteen) days as indicated in the previous point.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the User can use the withdrawal form provided for in Annex I part B of the Consumer Code, downloadable at the following link: Competition and Market Authority (The User finds the attachment in question at the bottom of the indicated web page by clicking on the item “Attachment I”).
ARTICLE 2 – EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to the provisions of art. 59, paragraph 1, letter c) and e) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded:
for the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized
for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or related to health protection and have been opened after delivery.
ARTICLE 3 – REFUND
In the event that the User should exercise the right of withdrawal, GREENLIFE CALZATURE S.R.L. will refund all payments received from the User except for shipping costs (if any) paid. Such refund will be made without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which GREENLIFE CALZATURE S.R.L. is informed of the User’s decision to withdraw from the contract.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the User to purchase the Product(s), unless the User indicates an alternative method in the communication sent to GREENLIFE CALZATURE S.R.L. pursuant to Article 1.
GREENLIFE CALZATURE S.R.L. reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received the Product(s), or until the User has demonstrated that he has returned the goods, depending on which situation occurs first.
In the event that the Product for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised has suffered a decrease in value resulting from handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product, the refund amount will be reduced by an amount equal to such decrease in value. GREENLIFE CALZATURE S.R.L. will notify the User of the circumstance and the resulting decreased refund amount by email, within seven working days of receiving the Product.
ARTICLE 4 – RETURN
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the costs of returning the Product(s) are borne by the User. In this regard, it is worth underlining that the Product(s) must be returned by the User without undue delay and in any case within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the withdrawal was communicated to GREENLIFE CALZATURE S.R.L. It is also specified that the Product(s) must be returned to the GREENLIFE CALZATURE headquarters at the address specified in article 1.
It is understood that the withdrawal is not effective if it has not been exercised in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation and in particular in the case in which the Product(s) are not intact in all their parts and/or accompanied by their accessories and/or elements that form an integral part thereof. In such cases, GREENLIFE CALZATURE S.R.L. will notify the User by email within seven working days of receiving the Product(s), rejecting the withdrawal request. If the Product(s) have already arrived at the headquarters of GREENLIFE CALZATURE S.R.L., they will remain available to the User for collection, which must take place at the expense and under the responsibility of the User.
